Welcome to Lake Area Mobile Massage, LLC! By using our website and booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services
Lake Area Mobile Massage, LLC provides professional mobile massage therapy services at your location, by appointment only. All services are subject to availability and professional discretion.

2. Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years or older or have written consent from a parent or guardian. Services may be refused if a client appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or behaves inappropriately.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
   
• We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
   
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost.
   
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to safety concerns, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
   

4. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
   
• We accept cash, credit card, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and PayPal.
   
• Tips are appreciated but never required.
   

5. Health & Safety

• Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries.
   
• Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse service if massage is contraindicated due to a medical condition.
   

6. Code of Conduct

• Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and payment will be due in full.
   
• Respectful and professional conduct is expected at all times from both therapist and client.
   

7. Liability

• By receiving our services, you acknowledge that massage carries certain inherent risks.
   
• Lake Area Mobile Massage, LLC and its staff are not liable for any injuries or adverse effects arising from services provided unless due to proven negligence.
