Massage Techniques
A variety of massages are offered so that clients can always find what they need. All services are charged by the hour. Ex. 1 hour = $120, 90 mins = $180, and 2 hours = $240
Swedish Massage
$120-$240
Massage cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage
$120-$240
Designed to remove severe tension. Deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
Chair Massage
$120-$240
Chair Massage is meant to be used in 5-15 minute sessions to reinvigorate you and to help ease tension and pain. Typically used in work/office settings, this type of massage is a great way for a boss/employer to show that they care for their employees.
Hot Stone Massage
$150-$300
(The therapist needs to arrive at least 30 minutes early to Heat Stones.) Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with massage cream. The therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, massage stones induce deep relaxation and provide a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
Maternity Massage
$130-$260
Maternity massage uses Swedish massage, but in a side-lying position. Using Pillows to provide support, it is an excellent way to ease the stress that comes with pregnancy.
Add-ons
Add-ons are offered as a way to enhance your massage experience.
CBD Topical Sports Cream
$15
Made with a potent blend of 11% menthol and camphor as well as a heavy helping of organic certified Spagyric full spectrum CBD, this Sports Cream will soothe moderate occasional aches, pains, and soreness. It is ideal for sports recovery and reduction of muscle or joint soreness. With a lightweight, smooth, whipped texture, it absorbs quickly without leaving behind a greasy residue. Made with natural ingredients so it doesn’t leave a lingering scent.
Bio Freeze
$10
Not everyone will be comfortable using CBD. For those who feel this way, Bio Freeze is another option we have available for client use.
Cupping
$10
Cupping is a good way to help ease muscle tension in conjunction with massage. The cups may be used in addition to stretches that really open up those muscles and provide improved range of motion and reduced pain.
Hot Stones
$20
Additionally, hot stones can be added to your appointment, not to be the main focus, but to add to the experience. With the hot stones as an addition, there is no need to arrive 30 mins early.

Services are offered within a 30 mile radius of Lake Charles, LA
Because providing relief and helping people are the biggest objectives to us, services can be provided to people outside of the 30-mile radius at the cost of $20 for every 10 miles outside of that initial 30 miles.
